What About Potential Parties?

We enforce a 2-night minimum stay to deter parties. New clients undergo a background check, and we also install front-door cameras for continuous monitoring. This ensures a vigilant 24/7 record of entries and exits to prevent any suspicious activity. We have the right to terminate their reservation immediately if rules are not followed.

Can’t I Just Do This Myself?

Our established network ensures consistent profitability and guaranteed monthly payment. We dedicate a $10,000 investment in professionally designing and staging your unit to attract the ideal clients. Opting for our services means the unit(s) remains professionally designed and staged throughout the entire lease - a level of investment not typically made by long-term tenants

Are Shorter-Term Tenant’s More Risky?

Regular client turnovers actually help keep the unit(s) in great condition due to frequent deep cleaning. Two-way reviews also strongly promote better guest behavior. On the other hand, dealing with a problematic long term tenant can be a significant hassle requiring time, effort, and financial investment to resolve.
